Where do I take my proposal if I wish to hand deliver it?

We are located downtown in the Windstream (formerly Alltel) Building at 1440 M Street. Enter in the south door that is just to the west of the Customer Service entrance. The building is secured, so you may leave your proposal with the first floor security guard who will notify our staff of its arrival.
