Prior to Woods' implementation of its web-based application system, it received all grant applications/evaluations in paper-form using the Lincoln/Lancaster County Grantmakers Common Application and Evaluation forms featured below. As these forms contain the same content as Woods’ web-based application, grant-seekers are welcome to download these forms to use as a point of reference or as a worksheet prior to being given the access link to the web-based application/evaluation.
